3) Photos and Face-Related Data
If you choose to upload images/photos:
- We do not perform face recognition and do not create biometric identifiers or biometric profiles.
- Image processing (if used) is one-time for the requested generation/output and is deleted immediately after processing is completed.
- By default, any generated results are stored locally on your device unless you choose to store or share them elsewhere.
- We do not use your photos/images for advertising/marketing and do not use them to train our models.
4) AI-Related Features and Processing
Eclip may offer features that generate or enhance content based on text and/or images you choose to submit (for example, interactive dialogues, scenario generation, or narrative content).
If you use these features:
- Your submitted text and/or images are processed on our own servers to produce the requested output.
- We do not share your submitted text/images or generated outputs with third parties.
- We do not use your submitted text/images or generated outputs for third-party model training or third-party advertising.
- After processing is completed, the submitted content is deleted immediately from our servers.
- You are in control: you choose whether to upload content and whether to generate outputs.
5) How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Create and manage your account
- Personalize your experience and remember preferences
- Improve features, performance, and user experience
- Monitor and enhance security, prevent fraud, and enforce our terms
- Provide customer support and respond to requests
- Comply with applicable laws and lawful requests
We do not sell your personal information.
7) International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than where you live. When required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.

AI uploads (text/images for generation): deleted immediately after processing is completed as described above.

- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent)

11) Location Permissions
If you enable location permissions, you can later disable them in your device settings. If you do not enable location permissions, we will not collect location data.
12) Children
The Service is not directed to children under 17. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
